#ReuseRoamer - Fudge!

Fill up your tins with some delicious quick and easy fudge and pass on the Roamer love!
Peanut Butter Fudge
1 cup butter / vegan butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Combine the butter, peanut butter and vanilla in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir to combine and once it has come together all smooth and creamy, remove from heat and slowly add the powdered sugar in about one cup at a time and mix thoroughly. Line your pan with some parchment paper, pour the fudge in and chill for at least 4 hours before cutting. Keep cool and enjoy!

 

Chocolate Fudge
1 can condensed milk
2 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a microwave safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and condensed milk. Pop in the microwave for a minute, remove from microwave and let it sit for another minute. Stir until chocalate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir through the vanilla. Line your pan with some parchment paper, pour the fudge in and chill for at least 4 hours before cutting. Keep cool and enjoy!

 

Vegan Chocolate Fudge
1 cup vegan choc chips
1/2 cup natural creamy almond butter
In a microwave safe bowl, add in the choc chips and almond butter. Pop in the microwave for 20 second increments. Stir between each time until the mixture is smooth. Line your pan with some parchment paper, pour the fudge in and chill in the freezer until completely firm. Cut them up, keep cool and enjoy!
